Kate Browne's Pub and Restaurant
Kate Browne’s Pub and Restaurant is a busy 140 seat award winning pub and restaurant. The permises is a traditional thatched cottage style old-fashioned pub which has an old world ambience with roughly plastered walls, spectacular Valentia slate bar, extensive use of pine wood, an old solid fuel stove and open fires. This all forms the centrepiece of large bright and airy eating areas.
Kate Brownes is one of the top 50 restaurants and pubs nationwide, which have met the criteria necessary of the BIM Seafood Circle and Georgina Campbell Guide.
The restaurant is very popular with families and a special children’s menu is offered.
Food is served daily from 12 noon – 10 p.m. Traditional Irish music sessions at weekends.
The premises are located in the centre of Ardfert, 5km from Tralee.
